House Rules
Please read through our following House Rules prior to booking as this is a contractual agreement between guest and hosts. This agreement will be honored in all cases. Please ensure you understand our cancellation policy and purchase trip insurance when necessary. We value our guests experience and hope that you have a wonderful stay with us!
Total Guest Count:
- Please ensure that the total guest count on your reservation matches how many guests are coming as we add an additional nightly fee per person after 3 guests to aid in additional cleaning costs.
- No more than 8 guests allowed in the condo at any time due to HOA.
- We do not allow parties of any kind and you can be removed mid-stay for holding such events in our unit.
No Pet Policy:
- No unauthorized pet visits/stays, $500 fee for presence of pet in unit, this fee applies to ESAs as well. Any and all damages incurred from the pet can be billed back to guest. Pet visits are defined as a pet entering the unit's front door.
No Smoking Policy:
- No smoking, $1,000 fee if determined to be smoking in unit + cost of replacement and repair items.
Parking:
We have 2 designated (free) parking spots in the parking lot for our unit #2.
- G zone (3rd parking space) is $25 for registration.
- Guests cannot park in neighbor's parking spots, you may be towed.
- No parking RVs or mobile homes in condo parking lot, please arrange for a G parking zone permit with me prior to your stay.
Check-in/Check-out Process:
- We cannot provide early check-ins and late check-outs on same day turns & early check-ins and late check-outs are never guaranteed. If the unit is ready earlier, we will let you know. Early check-ins and late check-outs are billed at $50/hour.
- Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $50/hour fee. If the 3 hour late mark is met, an additional $350 fee is added on to the hourly fee.
- If our cleaners arrive and your items are still in the unit past check-out and we are unable to reach you, they have permission to gather your things and set them aside so they can start cleaning the unit for the next guest.
Trip Insurance:
We strongly recommend trip insurance to our guests. Trip insurance covers you for things like: travel delays due to weather, flight cancellations, COVID diagnosis, unable to visit due to medical issues, surgeries, death in family, etc. Our cancellation policy does not cover you for these items and we do follow our cancellation policy in all cases.
Additional Cleaning Costs:
- No shoes in house, $100 fee or at cost for stains in carpet.
- Excessive cleaning charges can be billed back to you. Excessive cleaning costs is defined as the cleaners were unable to turn the unit in the time given from 10am to 3pm &/or having to take laundry offsite to do it because there was an excessive amount of soiled linens during the guest's stay.
Lost Items
We are not responsible for any lost items left behind by guest, or items that were shipped to the unit during your stay. We do make every effort to return items to guests that are of high value - electronics, jewelry, etc. for a minimum charge of $150.
