Short Term Rental (< 30 days) Cancellation Policy:
Cancel after booking and receive 50% refund only if check-in is more than 30 days away. If cancelling within 30 day window, no refunds. We do not allow transferring the reservation to later dates or to someone else. Only extenuating circumstances qualify for a full refund within the 30 day window. Our extenuating circumstance policy follows Airbnb's. Please familiarize yourself with the details of this policy and purchase trip insurance if necessary. In short, the extenuating circumstance policy states that reservations are non-refundable due to a change in plans, travel related issues, health concerns or other unforeseen events. This is why we strongly encourage guests to purchase 3rd party trip insurance.

If staying for multiple months, we can put you on a monthly automatic payment plan, but you must stay paid ahead 30 days. Please reach out to us and inquire on how to do this. Not available for guests booking 1 month.
