House Rules
Please read through our following House Rules prior to booking as this is a contractual agreement between guest and hosts. This agreement will be honored in all cases. Please ensure you understand our cancellation policy and purchase trip insurance when necessary. We value our guests experience and hope that you have a wonderful stay with us!
Housekeeping:
Optional hotel services requested by guests are not included in this nightly rate and will be billed to guest at check-out: Daily housekeeping is $85/occurrence, Turndown service is $65/night, Trash/towel service is $50/occurrence. Making up the sofa bed is an additional service provided by housekeeping and is $50, however linens will be provided to guests for free if scheduled ahead of time. Prices are updated as of 1/1/2024. If the unit requires a deep cleaning after your stay due to it being left exceptionally dirty, the deep cleaning will be billed back to you.
Arrival Form:
We will be sending you a link to our arrival form, please fill it out with your housekeeping preferences and we will submit to the hotel ahead of your stay. Housekeeping requires a 24 hour notice for services.
Resort Fee:
A $50/day resort fee has been added into our nightly price, so you will not owe this to the hotel at check-out.
Parking:
Guest have 2 underground heated garage parking options. $60/day valet or $50/day self-park in Heritage parking garage (below hotel). Rates are subject to change per hotel or town and can vary during festival times. Prices were updated 12/22/2023.
Guest Count:
Please ensure you have the proper number of guest on your reservation. No more than 4 guests are allowed to stay for short stays (babies and children are included in count) and no more than 2 guests are allowed to stay for 28+ day reservations.
Services not Offered to Private Residential Guests:
The hotel does not offer concierge or shuttle services to private residential guests. Your shuttle can be cancelled last minute if you book with the hotel. Please reach out to us with questions on transportation. Full sized cribs and rollaway beds are also not provided to our unit. We have 2 sofa beds and a pack n play provided free of charge.
No Smoking Policy:
No smoking in unit. $1,000 fine + $500 hotel fine for smoking in unit and will be asked to leave.
No Pet Policy:
Pets & ESAs are not permitted without permission from owner. Your reservation can be cancelled if you do not disclose bringing an animal prior to stay. $500 fine/day for presence of un-authorized pet in unit.
Trip Insurance:
We strongly recommend trip insurance to our guests. Trip insurance covers you for things like: travel delays due to weather, flight cancellations, COVID diagnosis, unable to visit due to medical issues, surgeries, death in family, etc. Our cancellation policy does not cover you for these items and we do follow our cancellation policy in all cases.
Maintenance Requests:
Excessive maintenance requests can be billed back to guest. Please do not set AC temperature below 67deg F.
Additional Amenities:
Any service request for items above and beyond what is provided in the unit will be charged to the guest. The front desk should let you know the cost of an additional item prior to providing.
Shipping items to Hotel:
Shipping items to the hotel without consent of homeowner is not allowed. Please note that if you ship items to the hotel prior to your stay, they charge a premium fee for storing your items due to the small storage area they have. Owner is not responsible for any items shipped to the hotel, please plan accordingly.
Lost Items
We are not responsible for any lost items left behind by guest, or items that were shipped to the unit during your stay. We do make every effort to return items to guests that are of high value - electronics, jewelry, etc. for a minimum charge of $150.
Please note the hotel provides housekeeping services, internet service, HVAC, cable, pool/hot tub maintenance and is not managed by us. Please take up any issues with these directly with the hotel. No refunds will be processed for these amenities.
