Short Term Rental (< 30 days) Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy - Cancel after booking and receive 50% refund only if check-in is more than 30 days away. If cancelling within 30 day window, no refunds. We do not allow transferring the reservation to later dates or to someone else.

Monthly - Long Term Rental (30+ days) Cancellation Policy:

Cancel at any time, but following 30 days in non-refundable.

If staying for multiple months, we can put you on a monthly automatic payment plan, but you must stay paid ahead 30 days. Please reach out to us and inquire on how to do this. Not available for guests booking 1 month.

We provide you with protection from fraud! There are scammers in Telluride scamming people for high dollar rentals in the summer/winter months. We advise people to never pay cash. Cash could be PayPal, check, money transfer, debit card, etc. Scammers are posting rentals that sound very legitimate. If you book your accommodations with a credit card, you are covered for fraud and can recoup your money. In addition, if you still feel uncomfortable, you can book our units through Airbnb or VRBO and be protected. If you book with us, we provide a way to pay with credit card or through Airbnb.

After booking, we will send you a rental agreement to sign via Docu-Sign. Please sign this rental agreement and return with-in 24 hours. Your booking will be complete once you pay and sign the rental agreement.

A $250 authorization will be held on your card in case of damages during your stay. This is a hold placed on your credit card on check-in and released 3 days post stay. This information is also described in detail in our rental agreement. Damage deposits can be used for missing or damaged items, removing stains from upholstery or carpets, excessive cleaning costs, etc.
